Default Bulletin settings

Is it possible to change ones bulletin settings where everyone can read them?

Currently the setting for bulletins is

Only friends bulletins will be displayed: (NO)

So basically all bulletins are viewable by everyone. I do not beleive that the users themselves can select if the bulletin is intended for friends only, not in the current release of the script we're using. This is a feature that will be made available in the future script release.

Is this what you wanted to know?

I think it was a little confusing because I had problems viewing bulletins. Even being staff it said I had to be a friend to view it. I havent had any problemes lately viewing and hadnt realized i didnt. I guess with all the changes I kinda take things as they come and am not surprised at changes anymore. So I guess I can view them all now idk but ill let you know if I have any probs.

Yes I am able to view them now where in the earlier version of the script I wasn't able to - It simply would not allow me even as an admin.

There is now talk of a new version of the script to be released after Xmas... I am sort of looking forward to it, albeit cautiously cause I want to be sure that it is bug free first and foremost.
