I don't know what life is like in your neighborhood. But I know in Michigan lots of people and businesses have been tightening up their budgets and only spending money on the more necessary things. Even schools are feeling a pinch.

The Delayed Reaction

I have come to this one conclusion that toddlers and babies have delayed reaction when they're hurt. I completely don't understand it either. For example, if a two year old goes to the doctor to get a shot, and the shot has already been administered he/she  starts crying like 20 seconds or more after. Greener Grass

I was in the front yard working last weekend. I was taking apart the neighbor kids’ skateboards, rip-sticks and rollerblades. The kids come by my house a few times a week wanting me to teach them tricks or to go blading and skating with my dogs and I. And recently I upgraded the bearings on my roller-blades so they would roll as fast as can be and all of the kids wanted theirs upgraded as well.
