Current ridicule

I post this with some premonition of knowing that I'm going to catch yet some more negative criticism because of it. I do not wish to start problems, but I think it should be known.

I have noticed recently some "bashing" of the pentecostal/holiness beliefs. Just because we don't believe in eternal security and do believe in eternal damnation, is that any reason to make comments as if to belittle our beliefs or to send belittling messages on private sources away from this website concerning me standing up for my beliefs?

Also, yes our pastors may preach a "strong" sermon at times. This is because they care for the souls and we believe that once you are in hell that there is no coming out. They want non-believers to turn from their wicked ways and be able to spend eternity in Heaven with our loving God and savior.

I have received messages on private sources from members expressing how much I'm lying and that my beliefs are sending souls to hell and busting it wide open. I'm not going to give anyone screennames. I believe in forgiving and forgetting. However, if this spirit continues to abide among YCS, I feel that I may have to remove my membership. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind others sharing their beliefs at all. It's when it gets personal to which I draw the line.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, Its called The body of Christ and it has many members,do not let things that man says bother you,worry about what the word of God says,if it dont line up dismiss it,God Bless you.

Sammys_baby..I agree with you..people should be able to discuss why they do not believe something...and why they believe something without getting personal..when someone gets personal to me..i remove them from my friends list immediately..we all have the right to be respected as a human being..and our beliefs may be as valid to us as someone elses is to them.
If you receive mail etc telling you you are going to hell or calling u names..or putting you personally down..my advice would be to report them to the admin..and block them.

I disagree with a lot of beliefs in todays christianity..and I try to post texts that disprove those beliefs..and post texts which to me, prove what I see in scripture..I think thats what most may intend..but when they accuse us of this and that or call us names etc..they should realize that is wrong..it is the belief we are perhaps against..not the person themselves.

We need to watch how we say something...we need to make sure we understand correctly what the person has said.....we need to remember that it is the belief we do not agree with thus we need to seperate that from the person..even though the belief is part of the person..we need to remember that God is not finished with any one of us yet...we are all still learning and growing because none of us know everything yet..nor are any one of us finished growing in the Lord yet either.

We have to learn to agree to disagree on things. It's just that some think they have all the answers. If you don't believe as they do, they think you are retarded. But you should be free to express yourself without being made to feel inferior to others.
Personally, I do believe in eternal securtiy and I catch hang for it from others. But I do believe in eternal damnation and catch hang for that from others. All we can really do is move on to something else after we've made our points. Some will continue to argue. That is when it is time to walk away.
If you are getting unwelcome messages on your site, report it to the administrator and block the sender. As far as the backbiting - in life there are jerks and you have to ignore them. Don't let them run you off the site.

You guys are right. I know we are to turn the other cheek and accept persecution as Christ did while on the earth. I have decided to take the ridicule as a complement. I'm in good company if someone hates me for my beliefs, because they hated Christ for his as well. So I am in the best company that I can be in.

It is really ok to agree to disagree with what other people believe..we can post to them discussions about why we disagree..but, we have to be careful how we do it..the way we do it can be either productive or harmful..if we mis read what they say and end up accusing them of saying something they did not and get nasty..that can be very very hurtful and scarring. If we kick them to the kerb without giving them a reason....we can cause angst...the thing is..in all things we are supposed to do things in love..and we all make mistakes and do things wrong at times..thus we are then to go to the person and speak with them.
If someone really hurts you and you walk away because they accused u wrongly..then they sure know why you walked away..but if nothing is clear..we should be able to say why....then maybe walk away.

I sure hope you're proud of yourself. The Lord sees your sins, They are of nobody's work but your own. I am a sinner of sinners and in recent days of enlightening I have not looked down upon another human for any cause. I have more hope than I have ever had but today you bring back the hate in my heart. You intentionally attack and belittle members of YCS and the site itself to heighten yourself, the lord speaks of you and now you call yourself out.

I have SEEN... on this site... a Vampire... a Werewolf, a Demon Possessed Man teaching... while proclaiming in a blog... things were floating... in his house!!! And Various kinds of Wolves. I have had at least 17 Scammers come to me... Wanting... To LOVE ME!!! My profile clearly says... I am married. That is just for STARTS!!! I read profiles. Many on here... HONOR CHRIST... As Long As It Fits... Their Needs!!! I am not afraid to call... A Wolf... A Wolf. They Are Not... A Brother or Sister... To Be Esteemed. Todays church has pretty much... Given Away the title of...
