I’m a retired Legalman Chief (LNC), U. S. Navy with 20+ years of honorable service. Accepted Christ as Lord and Savior in Naples, Italy on January 1, 1973. Married to the love of my life and celebrated our 42nd anniversary in August 2010. Someone penned these words, "God took woman from man's side for a purpose. Not from his head, so she might lord over him or from his feet so she could trample on him, but rather from his side, from underneath the protective position of his arm, so they could walk side by side down the highways and by-ways of life, experiencing the joys and sorrows of life, together as husband and wife."

Have two grown sons; 2 precious granddaughters. Favorite Books of the Bible – Genesis, Exodus and Esther; Favorite Song - "Victory in Jesus" - without Jesus Christ there is no victory; Favorite Artist - Damaris Carbaugh; Favorite Movie - "Gone With the Wind"; Favorite Season – Summer; Favorite board games - Scrabble and Monopoly; Favorite Cake – Carrot; Favorite Pudding - Banana with vanilla wafers;
My Life Verse - Proverbs 3:5-7, "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil" ... GREAT counsel from God's precious Word.
