Today I'm starting on the  Red Horseman.

Revelation 6:3-4:  "When he (the Lamb) opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say "Come!"  And out came another horse, bright red.  Its rider was permitted to take  peace from the earth, so that people should slay one another, and he was given a great sword."

In Matthew 24, it talks about wars and rumors of war.  Today, we are seeing wars and rumors of wars.

Jesus said in Matthew 24:6-7(a)  You will hear of wars and rumors of war.  He also tells us not to be afraid, because the end is not at hand.  His exact words are: You will hear about wars and reports of wars.  These things must happen, but this isn't the end yet  (7(a)) Nations and kingdoms will fight against each other.

Wars have been going on, since the beginning of time.  As a matter of fact,m there are verses throughout the Bible on wars.  This section will probably take several days, since I will be mentioning every single verse, and each and every single verse I put down, though the word war are not found in all, they do sound like war.

Before I start though, let me remind you of the war that's being fought today, around the world. The war on Terrorism.  It started for America, in 2001.  On 9/10.  So many lives lost that day, and the current war started. Lives continue to be lost,m through horrible acts of violence.  Isis is behind it all.  And now there's North Korea.  They are preparing for war.  And Now South Korea is in danger again, and America is preparing to protect them again.  Let's not forget the first war on America's Soil, the French-American war, The Alamo, the Civil War, World War One, World War Two, The Korean Conflict, the Viet Nam War, and now this ongoing battle with Isis.  Ad there has been war from the beginning of time.  The list now begins and the notations are my own.  Read the verses to get the full meaning and impact:

Matthew 26:52:  Those who live by the seword, will die by the sword.

Ecclesiastes 3:8:  A time to love, a time to hate, a time for war,m a time for peace.

Matthew 5:9:  Blessed are the peacemakers.

Matthew 10:34:  Do not think that I have come to make peace on earth, but have come with a sword.

Matthew 24:6-7:  You will hear of wars and rumors of war.

John 18:36:  My kingdom is not of this world, if it were, my servants would be fighting.

Psalm 144:1:  Trains hands for war.

Romans 13:4:  An avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer.

Matthew 5:44:  Love your enemies.

Luke 6:27-31:  Do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.  Do to others as you'd wish them to do to you.

This list will be continue on Monday.

God Bless!
