BENNY HINN, a false prophet!
Posted On 08/25/2008 13:58:09 by PastorZomok

Benny Hinn has been proven to be a false prophet.(or at least was..has he changed?) And it has been documented. Anyone out there that has been a fan of his program, This is your Day, better wake-up and take a fresh look. It can also be shown that Hinn and others use several manipulative techniques to bewitch the crowds.

On December 31, 1989, Hinn said, "The Spirit tells me...that fidel Castro will die, in the 90's. Ooh my!, Some will try to kill him and will not succeed..but there will come a change in his physical health, and he will not stay in power, and Cuba will be visited of God."

If Hinn would have simply said that he hoped or felt that Castro would decline that would be alright but he said, "THE SPIRIT TELLS ME". The Holy spirit told him nothing because it is the Spirit of truth and what Hinn said is not the truth! What Hinn stated was simply his ownl deductions based on Castro's age and such. One might suspect an old gangster would soon die.

Ezekiel 13:6 says, "Their visions are false and their divinations a lie. They say, 'The LORD Declares', when the LORD has not......"

Also on December 31, 1989 Benny Hinn said, "The LORD also tells me to tell you in the mid 90's, about 1994-1995...God will destroy the Homosexual community of America....",

Hinn went on to say that they would be destroyed with fire.. This certainly did not happen so its clear that the LORD did not tell him this. These quotes from Benny Hinn are just a few of many things he has stated which are false. Despite these proven false statements the gullible still pay to watch the show and see his revival meetings. People like Hinn fill a nitch not being filled by good teachers and true prophets. People are also looking for sensationalism. Has Hinn ever repented of his false statements? I doubt it but the money has continued to flow into his coffers. The Praise-A-Thons are still popular.

When it comes to Revival meeting and healings we can show that Benny Hinn is also less than genuine. It can be shown that Hinn and his crew make use of mesmerism and crowd dynamics. They know that the crowd is expecting something incredible and that many in that crowd are overly influenced by suggestions. Yes, even the power of suggestion is utilized. A person comes up on stage with a limp and is nervous and excited. She gets pushed back and falls because she figures she is suppose to (peer pressure). When she gets up she walks a little better and praises Jesus. Then Hinn sings for half a minute and then waves his hand at the audiance, which causes a few in the front row to fall back, which, in turn, causes a domino effect. It all looks good but nothing supernatural actual took place. Almost zero medical reports support any healings. Its almost completely an act much akin to what is seen in a traveling circus. Don't be fooled by Hinn and others. More recently, in Lakeland, Florida, is another act. This one by this "grosteque" fellow named Todd Bentley. The behaviour of this fellow on stage is described as shameful. If one did not know it was a sort of revival meeting you would think Bentley was a person bereft of his faculties.

The motivation for these actors is possibly MONEY. Benny Hinn has more book sales than James Dobson and Charles Swindoll combined.

(Added note--

-Please keep in mind that people can change over time...and we all make mistakes.  Its possible that Hinn has changed his ways somewhat possibly from advise from friends...?  I also have heard that ministers are trying to counsel Todd Bentley..)

Thank You,
