"Standing in the Gap for Your Marriage" is a concept that I have unashamedly copied from the Steinkamps and others.  I first heard about it on a goofy radio talk show, Spread a Little Love Around, on kwve radio.  There was a man giving his testimony about standing for his marriage when his wife left him for prostitution.  Then, after I got married, I remembered the concept and googled "Standing in the Gap" and I found the Steinkamps; here's a link:

I'm trying to start a support group, based on this idea.  It's for people who believe that marriage is supposed to last a lifetime, even when their spouses don't believe or lose faith.  It's for born-again Christians, of course.  But I'd love to reach out to people like myself, who's spouses are not believers, or they used to be.  Anyone with marital difficulties could benefit.
