My name is Carissa. I have two sisters, younger than me, one niece and three nephews. I have been married since 2002, but have no children. I love to write, read, cross-stitch, take pics, do geneology and scrapbooking. I have a cat named Callie who's my baby.

I have struggled with depression all my life. I have been hospitalized 4 times, 2 of which were in the last year. I have been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, major depression and bipolar. I'm just me trying to live my life as normal as possible.

I use to go to church all the time growing up, but haven't been recently, which would probably help me right now. I still believe in God and all the teachings I grew up with, but feel so far away from God right now, my fault, not His.
