"Do you love Me enough to cast off your desire for position ? Do you love Me enough to abandon TITLES ? Do you love ME enough to ALLOW ME to take control of your gatherings ? Do you love ME enough to sell all you have and take up MY cross and WALK WITH ME ? Do you love ME enough to LAY YOUR PLAN for your life, YOUR WILL, YOUR WANTS, YOUR anything so that I can fill you with ME ? Will you PRAY ? WILL YOU WORSHIP ME instead of watching TV ? Will you intercede with MY HEART, and MY WILL instead of your own ? Will you lay down YOUR PLANS ? WILL YOU ? WILL you REALLY give everything you have for ME ?

Come to ME and let us reason together. Come away and walk and talk with ME, and let ME show you MY PLAN, My blueprint for your life. For it is My aim to fulfill it. What is your aim ?"


Conviction and beautiful usually don't run in the same sentance. Most of us see conviction as something bad. Who really desires conviction from God? Well...I DO. Why? Because if I don't accept and desire conviction God can't change me and work on me. If everytime I'm convicted or punished I become angry and push it aside I'm hurting myself. God convicts us and corrects us to BETTER us. It says in Hebrews 13 to "strip away all that hinders us" and sometimes we're not the best judge as to what does or doesn't hinder us but GOD is. Thankfully he shows us what is hindering us or how we're hurting ourselves so we can become more like him. If your heart desires to be like Chirst then pray that God can help you desire and appreciate conviction and correction. It can end up being one of the most beautiful aspects of your relationship with our Father.
