Carmelized Onions
Posted On 11/17/2017 16:59:53 by HomerLes

The wilderness is a most decidedly unpleasant place to be. It can be dirty, difficult and painful as we journey through those areas God leads us to in order to remove our ‘self’ nature from us. Some of the places we journeyed through were scary, hard, cold and bitter. I cannot hide the truth from you for if you are serious about following God you will experience such trials first hand. If you have not gone this way with God, you may think that such experiences are nothin... Read More

Giftings and Character
Posted On 11/16/2017 13:43:31 by HomerLes

One of the few themes Wanda and I talk a great deal about is the great contrast between the left hand and the right hand of God. Sometimes when I study scripture I find a verse that touches me in a special way.  One of these is 1 Peter 5:4, ....

" And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away."

When a person studies this and looks into the language they find things that are not showing in our English.  It also shows us how the New Testament reflects the Old Testament despite differing languages.  Lets just look at... Read More

Censorship !
Posted On 09/13/2017 16:13:09 by ChristnMe

The Romans did it and the world is doing it today. When jesus was born, He was not born a Nazarene but grew as one due to the influence of the census that the Romans implemented as stated, “a census should be taken of the entire Roman world” - Lk. 2:1. This was when every man and woman had to return to their place of birth to be counted and accounted for. On the surface, it seems related to secular taxation but in the spirit, it was satan’s prince over Rome’s puppet insidiously lookin... Read More
