My cousin just got out of jail for hitting his mom, who has been abusing him, his siblings and his father for years; he is a gang memeber, his oldest sister is in college totally out of the situation, and his younger sister is pregnant. I want to help. What should i do?

I just wanted to give a little introduction about myself, and whom I am.
