Why do we worry? I think because there are so many opportunities to practice it! So what to do? God wants us to overcome worry even when feeling overwhelmed by legitimate reasons to worry.  All our worrying will accomplish absolutely nothing. Theres a little room in our minds, like a closet that we store stuff in. One compartment is used for worry.
