Blog Entry: I thought I'd go ahead with my study today, since it's almost finished.  Tomorrow will be the end of it.  Here we go: Matthew 18:5-6:  "And whoever receives one such child in My name receives Me; but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea. Mark 9:36-37:  Taking a child, He set him before them, and taking him in His arms, He said to them, "Whoever receives one child like this in My name receives Me; and whover receives Me does not receive Me, but Him who sent Me." Luke 9:47-48:  But Jesus, knowing what they were thinking in their heart, took a child and stood him by His side, and said to them, "Whoever receives this child in My name receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me; for the one who is least among all of you, this is the one who is great." Matthew 19:13-15:  Then some children were brought to Him so that He might lay His hands on them and pray; and thedisciples rebuked them, But Jesus said, "Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."  After laying His hands on them, He departed from there. Mark 10:13-16:  And they were bringing children to Him so that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked them.  But when Jesus saw this, He was indignant and said to them, "Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.  "Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all."   And He took them in His arms and began blessing them, laying His hands on them. Luke 18:15-17:  And they were bringing their babies to Him so that He would touch them, but when the disciples saw it, they began rebuking them.  But Jesus called for them, saying, "Permit the children to come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.  "Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all." Ephesians 6:4:  Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Colossians 3:20-21:  Children, be obedient to your parents in all things, for this is well-pleasing to the Lord.  Fathers, do not exasperate your children, so that they will not lose heart. Deuteronomy 1:13-15:  'Choose wise and discerning and experienced men from your tribes, and I will appoint them as your heads.'  You answered me and said, 'The thing which you have said to do is good.'  "So I took the heads of your tribes, wise and experienced men, and appointed them heads over you, leaders of thousands and of hundreds, of fifties and of tens, and officers for your tribes." 1 Samuel 9:6:  He said to him, "Behold now, there is a man of God in this city, and the man is held in honor; all that he says surely comes true.  Now let us go there, perhaps he can tell us about our journey on which we have set out. Proverbs 31:23:  Her husband is known in the gates, when he sits among the elders of the land. Done for today. God Bless!
