Blog Entry: WHO JESUS SAYS HE IS/WHAT THE BIBLE SAY HE IS  4: Part 4 Continued: Hebrews 2:17-18:  "Therefore, in all things he had to be made like his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people, because he himself  has suffered being tempted.  He is able to aid those who are tempted." (Jesus as God in the flesh) Hebrews 4:15-16:  "For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weakness, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.  Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." (Jesus was without sin, though, like us, he was tempted.) 1 Peter 2:24:  "Who himself bore our sins in his own body on the tree, that we having died to sins, might live for righteousness-by whose stripes you were healed."  (By Jesus) John 15:13:  "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends." (He gave his life for us.) Romans 5:8: "But God demonstrates his own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Again, he gave his life for us.) Afterwards: Well, this ends the study.  Have you seen the truth?  Do you know what Jesus, and The Word is telling us? Many people believe in the Trinity, which is based on Catholic Belief.  God/Father, God/Son, God/Spirit. That belief, is making it sound like God is three persons.  It's not possible.  God is only one person, not three. And many people believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and for those, they come across, that God and the Son are one and the same, will call them liars, claim the truth is not in them, that they're going to hell, blah, blah.  So..... What is the truth?  Let me explain it this way: God, is one entity.  Son is one entity.  Spirit is one entity.  Which means there are three entities, right?  Well, let's go further.  They are three entities who are as one (this is being said by the Christians who have been bashed for saying what they believe about the Father, Son, and Spirit). What does that "who are as one mean?"  The truth is, God is in the Father, He's in the Son, He's in the Spirit.  Jesus` work and the Spirit's work, is the WILL of the FATHER.  The Father is at work through them.  There is oneness there.  THEY ARE ONE. The Trinity says, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.  God is in them, but they can't be in God.  Wrong.  Jesus himself said, "I am in the Father and He is in me." Again I say....THEY ARE ONE. God Bless! Copyrighted ©  Eloise Dunn Do not use without permission
