Title: Abortion supporters without logic...
Tags: Abortion baby life God religion human
Blog Entry: I was listening to the David Boze radio program Monday afternoon and he had this pro-abortion guest on. Mr. Boze had logical arguments against abortion but his guest would simply call his views religious. The reason I bring this up is that our opponents do not use facts and logic. And facts and logic do not support Abortion, so they will simply call our good view "religious" as if that nullifies it, or they will resort to name calling. Mr. Boze obviously won the mini debate but it is good to point this out. Due to research and scientific advancement it is really self-evident that each individual is completely human long before birth. And each individual has a heartbeat and can move long before birth. Long before birth each individual has a human body and is alive so is therefore a human being. A human being by definition is a Person . This is the simple logic of the situation. The size, location, intelligence, race, and education level, of the individual does not change this. Only a contemptible fool would say I was less human a week before I was born compared to a week after I was born. I was a few ounces smaller and in a different location...so what? Yet, despite the clear common sense of this there are people out there that will still try to defend even late term abortions. Truth does not matter to these people because to them its relative. A study of their opinions will show this. Keep this all in mind. Even in a rare situation where a women has been raped, there is still no logical argument for abortion. Why? Well, two wrongs are still wrong. If the women is pregnant due to rape killing a child won't change the rape! It would be both better and safer to carry the child and put up for adoption. Churches should help such women and counsel them. More effort is needed in such situations. Pastor SteveZ
