Blog Entry: Ephesians 4:17-18,25-32. This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the gentiles walk, in the futility of there mind. Having there understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of there heart. v.25-32. Therefore, putting away lying, Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for neccessary edification, that it might impart grace to the hearers. AND DO NOT GRIEVE THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, WITH ALL MALICE. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, EVEN AS GOD IN CHRIST FORGAVE YOU. May the Lord bless His word to us today, to our hearts and to our minds, and to our spirit. If we say we have Jesus in our hearts, and in lives, people should be able to see a differance in us, shouldn't they? If we are the same as those who are in the world, then what kind of testimony do we have, what kind of witness for Christ are we, I'll tell you what kind, no kind. If people who are in the world look at us, and we do the same things they are doing, then you not only hurt them, but you also hurt the Lord. Because when they look at you, they say he is a christian, but he dont act no better then me. You see people look at christians a certain way, because they know what is wrong and what is right. Now we know, that even though we have Christ in us, we are still in the Flesh, and we are going to make mistakes. That does not give you the right to live in sin, when we mess up, God will forgive us. But as we walk in Him, He should be reflected in our every day lives, how we treat one another. The love and kindness we show, first to our families, then to one another, and then to all those who are in the world. And as we walk in the Lord, He will strengthen us, and help us to grow. Dont keep walking in those same sins that keep pulling you down, you are a new man, or a new woman in Jesus Christ, our Savior. Remember His strength is perfected in our weakness, and we can do all things through Christ Who strengthens us. This word is for all Gods children, no matter what there age is, or where they are in life, it is for you. I hope you will share this with someone you know.
