Blog Entry: I've been having alot of Vivid Dreams lately. by time i wake up and go about my day i do not remember to much of them, but one Vivid Dream i had was a bit crystal clear it was strange very strange, i was in a room with people I did not know and the vision was blury but i could hear conversations going on though there was someone in the dream that i sort of regonized the vision was to blury to really get a good picture of the person, I have an idea of to whom it may be, but it's rather odd because I haven't seen the person since High School so why on earth would this person be in this dream. The odd thing is toward's the end of the dream i woke up in a sleep paralysis, you may ask what is a sleep paralysis? For those that do not know, a sleep paralysis is when your mind wake's up before your body(your body is paralyzed but you can hear people talk and or sounds around your home) Sleep Paralysis can be rather scary at times, I've had it a few times in High School and a few times in my adult life, but it's been a while since i've had a Sleep Paralysis episode. So here i am just laying in bed after having this Vivd Dream (that i told you about above) I was finally able to wake my body up after a while, not sure how long i was in sleep paralysis mode. It's rather strange really. That dream happen a few night's ago. Now last night i had another vivd dream and the same person that I haven't seen since High School was in this dream along with someone else I use to go to Church with a while back, all i really remember was being confused during the whole experience, and of course this morning after having that dream last night i had another sleep paralysis episode, now i never had them back to back before, well techniqley they were not back to back maybe a night or two apart. I've been thinking alot about both dream's and why i woke up in a sleep paralysis, sometimes the lord reache's you through your dreams, maybe this is his way of trying to tell me something? I am not exactly sure. Hopefully i'll figure it out, and hopefully i won't have another sleep paralysis episode as well as a vivd dream, the thing about vivd dream's is that you can smell,sense and it feels like reality when you are in them, at leats it does for me. Ahh well i'm done for now, I will update more later If this dream continues and if i continue with another sleep paralysis episode. Has anyone ever experience a vivd dream then right afterwards a sleep paralysis episode? what were your thoughts and experience with it?
