For you formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother's womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and
wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of
the earth.
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet
unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.

1 Peter, an

apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia,

Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, 2 Elect according to the

foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto

obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and

peace, be multiplied. 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our

Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again

unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the

dead,4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and

that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 Who are

kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in

the last time. 6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a

season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:

7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than

of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise

and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8 Whom

having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye

rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:9 Receiving

the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.10 Of

which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who

prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:11

Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them

did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the

glory that should follow. 12 Unto whom it was revealed, that

not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now

reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy

Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and

hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation

of Jesus Christ; 14 As obedient children, not fashioning

yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: 15

But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of

conversation; 16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am

holy. 17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of

persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning

here in fear:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not

redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain

conversation received by tradition from your fathers;19 But

with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without

spot: 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of

the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 21

Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him

glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. 22 Seeing ye

have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned

love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart

fervently:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but

of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the

flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth

away:25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this

is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. 1 Peter 1 Have a great weekend God Bless You Love Bill

19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God . John 3

Declaration #1 (Romans 4:17; Romans 10:9,10) These ten basic declarations (confessions) are foundational to the building of your faith. They will increase your expectancy of God's goodness; and, thus, will increase the manifestation of that goodness in your life. Jesus said, "According to your faith, so be it" (Matthew 8:13). Say these (and the other declaration lists) every day for a month and see what happens to your life. It will be exciting!
1. My prayers are powerful and effective (2 Cor 5:21; James 5:16b).
2. God richly supplies all my financial needs (Phil 4:19).
3. I am dead to sin and alive to obeying God (Romans 6:11).
4. I walk in ever-increasing health (Isaiah 53:3-5).
5. I live under a supernatural protection (Ps 91).
6. I prosper in all my relationships (Luke 2:52)
7. I consistently bring God encounters to other people (Mark 16:17,18)
8. Through Jesus I am 100% loved and worthy to receive all of Godís blessings (Gal 3:1-5).
9. Each of my family members is wonderfully blessed and radically loves Jesus (Acts 16:30.31)
10.I uproariously laugh when I hear a lie from the devil (Psalms 2:2-4). Have a wonderful weekend God Bless You Love Bill

So The Lord said to him,What is that in your hand?

(Exodus 4:2)

One thing that stands out about the early followers of Jesus is that they were ordinary men, doing ordinary things – but seeing extraordinary results. One of the most compelling examples of this was when a young boy gave his small lunch to Jesus. What happened next is a miracle still talked about to this day — a multitude was fed with two small fish, and five loaves of bread.

There are five great lessons we learn from this one amazing miracle.

First, never underestimate the Lord’s ability to meet a need. The place was a desert, and the time was late; the people were many, and the need was great. But Jesus not only met the need; He did it with abundance! And He can meet whatever need you are faced with today.

Second, never count yourself out when the Lord starts to work. A man seeing the news about disease, hunger, poverty, and sorrow in the world, turned to his wife and said, "Sometimes I just want to ask God why doesn’t He do something about all of this!" "What’s stopping you from asking Him?" his wife replied. "Because," the man said, "I’m afraid He will ask me the same question!"

Jesus gave the loaves to the disciples, and they gave it to the people. In other words – the miracle happened in their hands, while they were passing the food out to the people. There is a miracle in your hands, too!

Third, never assume that what you have is too insignificant to matter. A boy with a sack lunch containing five loaves and two small fish – that’s all it took. One disciple asked, "But what is this among so many?" It is tragic how many count themselves out simply because they feel they do not measure up to the moment.

Fourth, never think that He will fail to meet your needs while using you to bless others. The Bible says that they did all eat, and were full. As for the disciples, they collected the fragments and filled twelve baskets – one for each of them. Your service to Him will never go unnoticed, nor unanswered.

Finally, never hold on to what the Lord is asking from you. What if the boy had kept his lunch for himself? Well, he would’ve had lunch – and that’s all. But, giving it to the Lord Jesus took that young man into history. And now, Jesus is asking you, "What do you have? Bring it to Me."

History awaits your response Have a wonderful weeend,God Bless You Love Bill

Then she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and said to them, "They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb and we do not know where they have laid Him." (John 20:2)

The Bible says that Mary "SAW" that the stone had been rolled away and that someone had taken the Lord's body. Was this an ACCURATE statement that Mary had just spoken to the disciples? Did someone take the Lord's body as Mary clearly stated? Well, of course not. We know that this was not the case. We all know and understand that Jesus had been resurrected in power. What Mary had SEEN was according to her vision in the natural realm and what she discerned from a natural perpective. Essentially, Mary was formulating a belief system and conclusion based on her past experiences in life. The greek word for "SAW" in the original language is "Blepo", which means to casually or naturally see.

"Peter therefore went out, and the other disciple, and were going to the tomb. So they both ran together, and the other disciple outran Peter and came to the tomb first. And he, stooping down and LOOKING in, SAW the linen cloths lying there; yet he did not go in. (John 20:4)

The word for "SAW" that is used in this verse for the vision of John is the same word "Blepo" that Mary previously based her assumption on. We see little progress as of yet in discerning the resurrection and the supernatural words Jesus had foretold concerning Himself. We also notice that John did not "go in." Because of this, John's understanding would be limited to what he SAW in the natural or at a distance.

"Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went INTO the tomb; and he SAW the linen cloths lying there, and the handkerchief that had been around His head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded together in a place by itself. (John 20:6-7)

We now read that Peter went into the tomb. The original word and context that Peter "saw" with is "Thereo." This is the Greek word that we get "theory" from in our modern vocabulary. Peter is pondering the facts that he is witnessing and we do have some progress, but we do not base our faith and spiritual discernment on "theory" and assumption.

"Then the other disciple, who came to the tomb first, went in also; and he SAW and BELIEVED." (John 20:8)

John "saw" and BELIEVED! The greek word for "saw" in this verse is "Eido", which means to SEE with UNDERSTANDING or REVELATION. It is no accident or mistake that we have three different greek words for "SAW" in this short passage and story. This is the VISION and spiritual eyes that the Lord desires we have as we continue to experience the expanding kingdom of God. John SAW into the reality of the Spirit realm. This anointing would continue to increase in John's life, culminating in the REVELATION of Jesus Christ.

The Lord is calling forth a people with VISION and revelation...A people who understand and SEE clearly that the same resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead and the same mighty power of the Holy Spirit which created the universe is the same mighty power that resides and works within those who believe and call upon His name.

John moved from the realm of the natural and into the supernatural in just a brief moment of time! My prayer, is that we would truly "see", believe, and experience the heart and purposes of Jesus Christ. The Lord has given us a VISION and a dream. I want to encourage you to step into your vision and dreams. They are not present by accident or a part of your imagination! Life is too short to look back over the landscape of our lives and wonder "what if?" All of us have the opportunity to experience the throne room of grace. It only takes a willingness to SEE and BELIEVE!

"Then I turned to SEE the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I SAW seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band.

His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the shining in its strength.

And when I SAW Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand (The hand of blessing) on me, saying to me, 'Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore." (Revelation 1:12-18)God Bless You Have a great weekend Love Bill

1Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more. 2For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus. 3For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: 4That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour; 5Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God: 6That no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter: because that the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified. 7For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness. 8He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit. 9But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another. 10And indeed ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more;11And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; 12That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing. 13But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18Wherefore comfort one another with these words Have a great weekend God Bless You Love Bill

1 John 4:8 (36 kb)

02/13/2010 08:28:42

We also have been called to an intimate relationship with God through the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. The Spirit leads us and within us cries, "Abba, Father ... while the Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children" (Romans 8:14-16). Through the Spirit "we have the mind of Christ" (1 Corinthians 2:16).

I encourage you to spend time with God often, daily. Walk with him on a walk and tell him your thoughts. Sing to him, pray to him, listen to him. I've found that God does guide my thoughts if I seek him. But very occasionally he will speak to my heart with such clarity that I know it is he. His words are usually short and to the point, but are so nourishing and helpful. They are like tent-pegs fixed in the ground, which anchor my tent on a windy day.

"Then God went up from him at the place where he had talked with him." (35:13)

Talk to us, too, O Lord.

Father, our failings and sins weigh on us. We, need to be visited afresh by you. Come to us again in your fullness. We put away our gods. We repent before you. Come, Lord Jesus. In your holy name, we pray. Amen. Have a great weekend,Happy Valentines day,Love Bill

1Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice? 2She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. 3She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors. 4Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man. 5O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart. 6Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things. 7For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. 8All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them. 9They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.10Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold. 11For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. 12I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. 13The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. 14Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength. 15By me kings reign, and princes decree justice16By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth. 17I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. 18Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness. 19My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver. 20I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: 21That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures. 22The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. 23I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. 24When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. 25Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: 26While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world. 27When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth: 28When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep: 29When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth: 30Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him; 31Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men. 32Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways. 33Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. 34Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. 35For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. 36But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.Proverbs8 Have a great weekend God Bless You

Those who choose to live on middle ground share certain characteristics! The characteristics of the two and a half tribes (Reuben, Gad and half of Manasseh) can be found today in those who refuse to pulverize their idols and die to the world. Their Hebrew names expose them!

Reuben means, "A son who sees!" He was Jacob’s firstborn, but he lost his birthright because he was driven by lust. Jacob described his son Reuben as "…unstable as water, thou shalt not excel…." Reuben went into his father’s concubine, and Jacob, in his dying hour, said of him: "Reuben…thou defilest…thou went up to my couch…" (see Genesis 49:4).

Reuben had eyes only for this world—its lusts, it things, its pleasures. He was unstable because his heart was always divided, and this spirit was passed on to his posterity. Here was an entire tribe attached to the world and bent on having their own way.

Gad means, "Fortune or troop." Simply put, this means soldiers of fortune or mercenaries. Moses said of Gad, "He provided the first part for himself…" (Deuteronomy 33:21). This tribe was outwardly obedient, "executing the justice of the Lord," but the overriding characteristic was self interest. Gad was consumed with its own problems and the need to "make it."

Gad’s philosophy was, "I will fight with the Lord’s army; I’ll be obedient and do everything God expects of me. But first I’ve got to get a stake in life. I need to get myself and my family set up and then I’ll be free to do more for the Lord!"

Manasseh means, "To forget, to neglect." This was Joseph’s firstborn son and he should have received the birthright. But even in his childhood there was a sad trait developing and Jacob saw it in the Spirit. Manasseh would one day forget the ways of his father Joseph and neglect the commandment of the Lord.

Consider these combined traits of middle-ground Christians: Unstable as water in spiritual convictions; never excelling in the things of God; lukewarm, weak with lust; ruled by selfish needs; neglecting the Word; not taking the Lord’s commandments seriously; making their own choices instead of trusting God; forgetting past blessings and dealings; unwilling to let go of certain idols; justifying their own decisions; not willing to die to all that would seduce them back to middle ground!

Let us determine to want the Lord’s fullness. God’s desire for you is to enter into a place of rest, joy and peace in the Holy Spirit. That required following him "with all the heart, all the strength."
