TWO WOLVES

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said,
“My son, the battle is between two “wolves” inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
“Which wolf wins?”

The old Cherokee simply replied,
“THE ONE YOU FEED.”

I listen To books on tape and cd's.BIBLE, Jan Karon, Lillian jackson Braun, K.C. Beaton, Elizabeth
Peters just to name a few. I enjoyed the whole
Left Behind series.
The ladies in our church decided we would read
the New Testament by the end of this year.

I am married to a wonderful guy who is a great cook and who does all the cooking.
We have 3 children 2 boys & a girl.Our oldest son is back home for awhile,he has 2 girls,our youngest son is married, has 2 boys and is in the Navy stationed in Virginia. Our daughter is married they live close by so she and I hang out together a lot.
We also have a Golden Retriever, a Lab Retriever
Chow mix and a Rhodesian Ridgeback along with 4 cats, a black & white tuxedo, a male calico, a Seal Point Siamese and a Red Point Siamese.
I love God with all my heart--I NEED HIM EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY. HE IS MY LIFE-LINE.
