ABOUT ME
As a child, in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was a meek, shy, self-righteous "Christian" until May 27, 1967. I gradually understood the full Gospel. I have become a Bible study tool developer and intercessory prayer warrior. I am very concerned now because I think we are in the ending of the Age of Grace and soon many unfulfilled prophecies will be fulfilled. It seems that most Christian church goers are not ready for such because of being misled by unBiblical teachings of famous preachers and denominations even in the denomination I belong to.
LIKES
creating Bible studies, sharing God's wonderful truths, doing intercessory praying, doing Biblical counseling, keeping up with the news (including sports), being in good worship and Bible study discussions.
DISLIKES
lies, unBiblical preaching, manipulating, superficiality, betrayals, hatred, and violence
I am glad you apparently agree. There was another positive comment in the Multiply site by a Mennonite. And even though most of USA and European "Christians" approve of the Good Friday tradition, when in history has any majority of people been right about an issue? The Apostle Paul warned believers about "man's tradition".
Please check the Diino site. And let me know when you develop a similar ministry using Diino. You can use any of my collection of over 6000 about many different subjects. You may want to rate those I have collected differently- The ones with a "~ " in front of their title are what I thought were the best. The software put them down at the bottom in the Internet site but at the top in the desktop version, like the WindowsXP and MS Office software does.
Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come
to me to have life."
I found about 8 studies that say there
were two Sabbaths
that week. Two of them were written by Messianic Jews. The Sabbath on Thursday
was for the Passover.Feast.
I cannot accept the parts of days theory or that Jesus Christ meant such. He
could not lie, so if He meant that why didn't He just say "I will die
and in a day or two I will conquer death by being resurrected." And
there was a reason why Jesus delayed from getting to Lazarus home after he
had died: Jewish traditional belief was that the spirit of a person leaves
the body after 3 days and 3 nights.

I write you concerning your writings concerning good friday and was Jesus really in the grave for three days. My dear friend, the bible is an absolute truth, but the religious traditions of man don't always line up with the bible.
The bible mentions nothing concerning purgetory, yet some believe that there is a purgitor, as for myself the only evidence of that would be from the story of Lazareth and the rich man found in Luke 16:19-31 Another thing that is of trditions of man is December 25th being the birth of Christ, no one truly knows exactly what day Jesus was born on, some say it was in September, while others say in early December, however it was constantine when he was empirior of Rome, who believed in Christ, who set up many of the traditions we as Christians follow. However Jesus was in the grave for the 3 days which would indicate that though we may celebrate His ressurection on a specific day out of traditions, doesn't mean that our traditions are all true, however that which is the Word of God is indeed true. Therefore diligently seek the truth through God's Word and not focus much on the foolishness of man's tradition.
God Bless you and your family as we celebrate Jesus and His resurrection, no matter what day of the week it may had been.
